There's one fatal flaw in your tutorial - ref quote "After you download tftpboot you need to Open tftpboot.exe and extract
the contents to the root of your C: drive (or whatever drive you use)" - which of the 2 PC's do I extract to ? Or is it both? Or does it matter? I know it does but you assume I know, so why am here?

When writing a tutorial, make it clear, plain and simple because the person looking for it has probably been up all night trying to solve a problem.

One more thing. Why do we first removeFromSuperview when we add it right after removing it? Wouldn't it be better to remove in viewWillDisappear?

Sorry for my earlier post. Figured out that didFailToReceiveAd and adDidLoad have to be placed in appdelegate. From the tutorials I found so far, they all had the complete iAd setup in single view controllers and they didn't share one ad over several controllers. The two methods did never fire, so moving the ad off or onscreen didn't work. Doooh.

I tried replicating your code, and as long as I have an internet connection, it works. But as soon as I turn off my wireless, I get the error messages that my iAd view is still on screen, but not showing any ads. It seems that I did not implement the bannerview did load and didFailToReceiveAdWithError properly. Can you help out? I have been trying to get my brains around it, but to no avail.

If you don't find your settings.json, start the service and it will be generated.

The download site has changed from
download.fedora.redhat.com to dl.fedoraproject.org.Also, /var/lib/transmission/.config./setting.json should be just /var/lib/transmission/settings.json at least in my version.And, after you modify settings.json, you should kill the transmission-daemon with"killall -HUP transmission-daemon" followed by "service transmission start" to restartthe service with the new settings.Tom.
